Na elk project vragen we onze partner hoe het project is gegaan en welke lessen de partner heeft geleerd. Je vindt hier het bijbehorende rapport.
1. CONTEXT AND SUMMARY
1.1 The original plan of the project
The original plan that we had was the construction of two classrooms to increase the opportunities of access to education for more children, when we thought about having more students we realized that we were talking about almost twice as many students with only two toilets. We met with the leaders of the community and we made the decision together to build children's restrooms, girls' restrooms and a bathroom for teachers.
1.2 Implementation of the project
The implementation from the organization with the community, the work with the group of participants, and now with the contractors that finalize the work is in agreement of everything planned, the community is very grateful with this project.
2. CONSTRUCTION
2.1 Buildings worked on
In this project the construction leader did an excellent job coordinating with WS participants and the Bolivian builders, the work was excellent. For some time now we have been meeting once a day with the technical leader of the group and the Bolivian builders to be able to plan, supervise and correct the daily work, this has given us very good results.
2.2 Tasks to be done
I do not have any comments or comments, everything was excellent
3. FACILITATION OF THE TEAM
3.1 Children Program
Very good work of the leader and each of the participants, the children had a wonderful time learning about Jesus and playing.
3.2 Cultural and touristic outings
Excellent, the leader of culture, was very flexible and quickly learned about the culture and mentality
of Bolivians, very good work of her and the whole group, there was a lot of interaction between the group and the community, the participants easily joined the community and the community accepted them quickly as a family, wonderful.
4. COOPERATION AND INVOLVEMENT
4.1 Leadership team World Servants
Wonderful leaders, from the first day the work was very fluid and with a lot of communication.
4.2 Local leaders / key persons
The leaders of the Bolivian community and the teaching staff of the school made their best effort from the first day to attend the group very well, they were always willing to collaborate in everything, very well organized.

4.4 Beneficiaries
The parents and students of the school Mi Buen Jesus were very happy to live with the group from Holland, every day we had the community visiting the place to talk, play and share with the participants.
4.5 (Local) authorities
The sub mayor of the area was always visiting us and always ready to help us organize any activity, the Mayor of El Torno also visited us to share a time with the group of participants.

6. LESSONS LEARNED
For the success of the project it is important to communicate with the leaders of the group and the community, every day to talk, to meet, to repeat what has been said until it is clearly understood. That made this an excellent project.
