Project update van 19 september 2024 door Mussa Nyirenda

De groep is inmiddels weer een paar weken thuis, ondertussen gaat het werk in Malawi natuurlijk gewoon door. Projectcoördinator Mussa doet verslag en heeft ook nieuws over een nieuwe head teacher voor de school.

"Kantheska project was the second project to be implemented this year. The community together with the participants worked tirelessly to make the project successful. Work progressed so well such that by the time the group was leaving the roof was on top already and the community was remaining with finishing works. At the moment the community has worked on most of the tasks and what is remaining is painting, fixing doors and windows but also the drainage. The community is determined to complete the structures as soon as possible so that the teachers occupy the houses. The school has already been allocated a head teacher who has already started working at the school."
