The community already hosted a world servants’ group before and are very enthusiastic to host another group. Some of the issues discussed were on the preparations for the coming of the participants. The community is very excited to host a group and they are looking forward to having fun, sharing experiences with the participants, dancing and singing together with the participants as well as sharing the word of God. The community is expected to dig the foundations of the teachers houses and later construct the foundations with support from the technical leaders from CCAP Education department. Issues to do with the safety of participants was also discussed more especially on hygiene and sanitation but also accommodation of the participants
