The project was well implemented with a good working relationship between the participants and the locals. So far the classrooms and the headteachers office have been constructed and what remains is only painting and fixing of the blackboards.

The construction went on very well and cooperation between and participants and community was very good which made it possible for the work to be completed in good time. So far plastering, flooring, skirting and drainage have been done.
* Tasks to be done
Painting is in progress and chalkboards are yet to be fixed.
PROGRAMS
* Children program
The childrens work programme went according to plan and was well executed. The teachers did a good job of translating and this made it easy for communication between participants and learners.
* Cultural and touristic outings
The cultural work was good and most activities went well. House visits were also successful. There were no touristic outings apart from visit to the flee market and hospital visits.
COOPERATION AND INVOLVEMENT
* Leadership team World Servants
There was good team work among the leaders and they demonstrated high level leadership skills in leading the participants.

The community always came in their good numbers and worked hard together with the participants on the building site. There was also good interaction and a lot of fun was there.

FACILITATION OF THE TEAM

* Transportation
The coaster from CCAP Ekwendeni Girls secondary school and the CCAP Jeep were used to carry participants and the CCAP truck was used to ferry sand. No problem was registered from the use of the vehicles
* Safety
Safety was guaranteed as we did not have any participant who was injured on project.
LESSONS LEARNED
* This project went on well and had no challenges. As a partner organization we feel that this is how we expect the project to be implemented. We did not experience any challenges apart from financial challenges which came in as a result of devaluation of the kwacha which led to the high cost of fuel which has more than doubled from the cost in 2019. This has also led to the rising cost of the food stuffs. This problem was solved by limiting the use of the CCAP Jeep and the CCAP truck.
