The story of Graynes Kamola
Storytelling bezoek van 8 maart 2017 door Jan-Paul Apon en Elise de Jong
We spoke to one of the patients, waiting to be treated today. Her name is Graynes Kamola and she lives in Matuku. She has a family of seven. She remembers the time before the clinic was here. It was difficult, because when a child would fall sick with malaria, they would have to travel 23 kilometers to reach the nearest clinic. This was often not possible or caused so much delay that people died unnecesarily.
